ANTz - Group Investments is venturing into Land Bank investments in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. We have identified high-potential land parcels in prominent growth corridors—strategically located near the Google Data Center & IT Corridor and the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport.
To cater to different investment horizons and risk profiles, we have structured two distinct projects: Project A: Anandapuram & Project B: Bhogapuram, offering both short-term and long-term investment opportunities.
Investment Focus: Strategic acquisition and holding of residential and commercial plots in and around Ananda Puram & Bhogapuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
